Typical long term management fee structures include a tenant placement fee and a monthly management fee. We assembled our fee system to be intelligent and aligned with your goals. Ask us about pricing specific to your property scenario as fees and services do vary. In general, however you can expect a tenant placement fee of $500-$1500 and a managment fee of 8%-10% of collected rental income.
The process usually begins with a phone call, then we come and see the property in person and discuss the steps needed before the property will be rent ready. After that, professional photos can be captured and the tenant search can begin!
